Apathy

Right, so this is something I want to clear up. I titled it apathy, because it's the best word to succinctly describe this phenomenon. Basically, and I'm not sure when this started, there's this idea of "I don't care what other people do, as long as..." Two great examples within the last 24 hours triggered me a bit, hence why I'm typing this.

I've already complained about the fact that here in the states, for the Premier League, NBC (the rights holder) has gone from giving the customer access to all games for free, to putting the less popular teams behind a paywall, to putting around half the content behind a paywall. This has been a gradual process, somewhere between 5 and 10 years. Anyways, I thought that was bad, but holy shit, the non-TV games in England are now being sold for 15 pound PER GAME. That's batshit. I'm annoyed having to pay $5 a month for the PL, and I'm still not doing it. Nor am I paying for Champions/Europa League. Of course, there was the expected blowback, but I'm 100% sure enough sheep who are addicted to football will pay to make the TV companies see their greed as justified. Now, this is where something else I wrote about comes into play. The fact, and this is a hard fact, is that it's cheaper to watch the English league outside of England. Mind you, supporters are still paying for season tickets, merch, and all kinds of other TV services to watch "their" club. Personally, I view this situation from a couple of angles. Firstly, the only reason, as I already said, these companies are able to charge exorbitant prices for an overhyped product is idiots paying out the ass for it. Simple as. There's a huge pyramid of football in England, yet people are brainwashed to think "their" top league is the best and the world and nothing else matters. Actual football fans can support non-league in person for a cheaper price, which is mind-blowing to me. Like, it's closer, you can go to the ground, and you actually make a difference in a community club rather than a billionaire's hobby.

A similar situation popped on a niche site I lurk on. To put it bluntly, people sell themselves out in pretty much every scenario these days. In this case, it was a YouTube guy trying to gauge the number of people he could exploit in selling "premium content" of a sexual manner. I've seen the YT channel, and it's different, but interesting. That's how I'll describe it. Anyways, the best I can say is anyone buying into stuff is 100% the problem. I don't give a shit if you have "free will" and "as long as it's not hurting anybody..." That's not the fucking point. Morality exists. Logical thinking exists. Just because I can sit around jacking off, eating fast food, and consuming bullshit TV all day doesn't mean it's right or I'd stoop to that level. It gets on my last nerve this ridiculous attitude. Have some fucking balls and stand for something. Meaning is subjective, yes, but everyone knows deep down whether they're wasting their time/money/energy on something they shouldn't be involved with. Same thing with "only fans" and the whole IG thot situation. Stop giving your money to people like this. It's out of control. Celebrities as well. Who gives a fuck what these idiots eat at McDonald's. It's shit, processed GMO food. Stop eating that bullshit.

The whole reason I started typing this is I'm sick of the ignorance and stupidity. Wake up and see who the enemy is. Find ways to take control of your life and not rely on other people. Just because something is fun or tastes/feels good does not mean it's good for you.

It's been a while and I have this in drafts still, but something came up big time. I mentioned the whole sexual stuff above, but now it's November. There's this "NNN" thing, and this spiritual youtuber I watch caught my eye talking about it. The title was super relevant to what I'm going through, and I know millions of other guys are as well. I won't get too much into the spiritual stuff here, but the overtly sexual nature of society today is disgusting, and not enough is made of it. As I said in the article, people have this idiotic saying "if it's between consenting adults" or "if it's not hurting other people". Fuck that. The whole "sexual liberation" movement is screwing women over as much as men, yet nobody talks about it. If you really thinking posting shit on IG or selling nudes online is "empowering", you've lost your damn mind. Abortion as well. Fuck it, might as well give my opinion on that, since most people are cowards. It's wrong unless the mother or baby will die/have a shitty quality of life. What you want to describe that as is up to you. The "pro-life" people will concede the incest/rape stuff, but IMO that's on the woman to decide, and it's rare enough that it doesn't make the day-to-day ones acceptable. Like, there are enough ways to not get pregnant when you shouldn't that it's just rewarding ignorance and negative behavior. All you get is more degeneracy if you reward it, simple as. Welfare is the next step. I've seen in England people whining about the government not feeding children. Is it the government's job, or their fucking parents? That's what I thought. It's not "bigoted" to say people who cannot afford children should not have them. Fucking hell. It's reality. I could've had a 4 or 8 year old by now if I just nutted in girls on a fucking whim when they're ovulating, not caring about the consequences. But I don't, because when I do have kids, they'll be in a position to succeed in life because their parents won't be wage slave robots. It's frankly bullshit that I have to pay taxes and my money goes to lowlifes who breed "baby mamas" and criminals for society to deal with in the future. No towing the fence, no "oh, well let's just tax the rich"... I mean, sure, the rich are too damn rich, but what am I to do about that? The government allowed that shit, and yet here we are voting for one corrupt side vs another. But yeah, this is a slight rant now, which is good. Back to the sex stuff. I'll tie in college here, because the narrative is have fun in college, get drunk and have meaningless sex. Then continue that in the real world and never grow up. Great! Oh, and the music industry brainwashes girls to think this stuff is the right path.

Another thing going on, which I unfortunately saw on Twitter, is this Muslim v non-Muslim conflict. For some reason (I know the reason), non-Muslims have been inundated with the term "Islamophobia" and told they're the scum of the earth if they don't "tolerate" Islam. Now, I don't see how this happens. Christianity has been shat on since its existence. Millions of Jews were killed just because they were Jews. Yet Islam gets a free pass? Again, fuck that. If Westerners are going to go atheist and shit on Christianity non-stop, you don't then get to suck off Islam as if it's some peaceful religion. This idea that if a white man shoots up something and is a Christian, he's treated one way, yet if a self-proclaimed Islamist does the same thing and is treated like a confused kid, that's bullshit. Even the fact that Muslim footballers have been liking posts talking about retribution against people who talk shit about Islam, yet won't face any consequence, is ridiculous. A white man says anything on the verge of whatever "ism" or "phobia" he gets treated like a criminal. It's a joke. It's like how Trump was branded racist only when he decided to run for office. Never before was his character an issue, but when he threatens the norm, he's now the most evil man on earth. But yeah, this is exactly what happens when this apathy bullshit spreads in society; people who want power will take that power because everyone else is a coward who doesn't stand up for a goddamn thing.
